Anthony Tomeo earned a Sports Management degree from Eastern Connecticut State University and has a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology from LIU-Brooklyn. His professional career kicked off when he was given the opportunity to intern with the University of Connecticut’s Strength and Conditioning Program. During this time, he devoted his skills to helping athletes, as well as the general population, receive top-notch strength and conditioning training. For the past 12 years, Anthony has trained over 500 athletes of all levels and has coached over 500 personal fitness clients. Anthony was also invited to the TAMPA BAY RAYS spring training to learn and assist professional strength and conditioning coaches with daily athlete workouts.
